Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

📌 Note: During high-demand periods (collection launches, holidays, promotions), processing times may be slightly longer.

Taxes & Customs Fees

For orders shipped outside of Canada, customs duties and taxes may be applied by local authorities. These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the customer's responsibility.

We recommend checking your country's regulations before placing an order.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package directly on the carrier’s website.

📌 If you do not receive your tracking number within 48 hours of shipment, please contact us at info@shiklet.com.


Delivery Delays & Issues

If your order does not arrive within the estimated timeframe:
1️⃣ Check your tracking number (there may be a delay from the carrier).
2️⃣ Contact us if the package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it.
3️⃣ If the package is confirmed as lost, we will help you find a solution.

📌 We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our control (strikes, weather, customs, etc.).


Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your address is correct before completing your order.
📌 If an error is reported after the package has been shipped, we will not be able to change the address or issue a refund.

If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we can reship it at the customer's expense.
